Matthew Tuttle

Chairman

Matthew Tuttle, Chairman of Tuttle Wealth Partners, is known for challenging conventional market thinking—and building better alternatives. As the founder and CEO of Tuttle Capital Management, Matthew has spent more than two decades questioning outdated assumptions, rejecting one-size-fits-all models, and developing tools designed for investors who demand adaptability, precision, and clarity in modern markets. While much of Wall Street remained anchored to rigid frameworks, Matthew focused on creating strategies that respond to real-world market dynamics. His work in the ETF space includes the development of innovative, widely recognized funds and the creation of the H.E.A.T. Formula—a research-driven framework built on four core principles: Hedge. Edge. Asymmetry. Themes. This disciplined approach emphasizes risk management, tactical flexibility, and forward-looking market analysis—providing investors with tools designed not just to endure volatility, but to navigate it with intention. A frequent contributor to national financial media, Matthew is respected for translating complex market forces into actionable insight. Whether addressing macroeconomic shifts, portfolio construction, or structural weaknesses in traditional investing models, his focus remains consistent: helping investors think independently and act strategically. Matthew holds academic credentials from Clark University and Boston University, and brings more than 20 years of hands-on market experience to his role as Chairman—guiding Tuttle Wealth Partners with a clear vision rooted in innovation, accountability, and investor-first thinking.
