Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer of Tuttle Wealth Partners, Razi Karim brings more than 25 years of entrepreneurial, institutional, and investment experience to the firm. His career spans technology, global financial services, wealth management, and alternative investments, giving him a broad perspective on the opportunities and complexities that accompany wealth advisory relationships.
After earning a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, Razi began his career in technology, founding and successfully selling a software company. He later moved into financial services at Credit Suisse, where he worked in Prime Brokerage and ultimately led the firm’s global Prime Brokerage Consulting Group.
He went on to help build a registered investment advisory firm and later joined a multi-family office, where he helped manage a hedge fund and oversee a diverse portfolio of alternative investments, including real estate funds. As Managing Partner of The Karim Group, he has also worked with executives and management teams on business strategy and investment advisory matters. These roles gave him firsthand understanding of the investment strategies, structures, and considerations that often matter to families with substantial and complex financial interests.
At Tuttle Wealth Partners, Razi oversees the infrastructure, processes, technology, and strategic initiatives that support the firm’s growth. He works across the organization to turn the firm’s vision into scalable systems that support advisors, strengthen the client experience, and maintain consistent service as Tuttle Wealth Partners expands.
Razi also directs the firm’s business development, focusing on ensuring growth and client service move together. As Tuttle Wealth Partners welcomes new clients, he works to ensure the team, systems, and processes behind each relationship are ready to serve them well. He believes a firm’s growth should strengthen the client experience rather than strain it, and that clients are best served by an organization built to deliver consistently over time.

Melinda Scaturro, MPA, CLTC
Director of Operations & Client Services
Melinda Scaturro serves as Director of Operations & Client Services at Tuttle Wealth Partners and has been part of the firm since its earliest days. She leads much of the operational infrastructure behind the client experience, bringing together process design, technology, account administration, advisor support, and client service to help the firm operate consistently as it grows.
Melinda’s work spans the full lifecycle of client service, from new-account onboarding, transfers, rollovers, and ongoing account maintenance to billing, documentation, meeting follow-up, and service requests. She develops the operational systems that improve client service and create accountability across the team, so client needs remain a priority. As an integral part of Tuttle Wealth’s workflows, she combines deep knowledge of business administration with the practical implementation of technology solutions to help the team continually improve.
Technology is central to her role. Melinda works extensively in Salesforce and Advyzon, where she has shaped the firm’s CRM structure, service workflows, documentation standards, and user training. She supervised the integration between Schwab’s advisor platform and Salesforce, manages client billing and the compliance processes associated with billing and account operations, and oversees the workflows surrounding financial account opening, transfers, rollovers, and ongoing administration. She also works closely with outside technology partners to improve how client and account information moves through the firm.
Her work extends into strategic planning and change management. Melinda maps responsibilities across departments, creates training and procedural resources, and works with advisors, client service staff, marketing, technology partners, and firm leadership to identify gaps and build scalable solutions. Her focus is making sure new technology, new team members, new clients, and new business initiatives have the operational support they need to serve clients well from day one.
Melinda entered the financial services industry in 2012 after several years in customer service and earned her Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC) designation in 2018. She holds a Master of Public Administration from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University and is a graduate of Agnes Scott College.
Known for pairing detailed operational thinking with a collaborative, people-focused approach, Melinda believes strong client service depends on more than responding in the moment. It requires reliable systems, clear communication, thorough documentation, and a team that knows where to find information and how to move work forward.
Outside of work, Melinda is an avid reader and enjoys painting, photography, and creative projects. She and her husband, Michael, are the proud parents of their son, Oliver, and share their home with their pets, Puzzles, Ella, and Espurr.
